Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to any and every part of the CLASSIWRAPS and by visiting this site you are agreeing to adhere to the following:

1. Price & Payment Terms
1.1 The prices displayed is the full amount with no VAT added as we are currently not registered for VAT

1.2 We reserve the right to adjust prices to reflect any unforeseen cost increases.
1.3 Payment of goods constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions as outlined in this document.
1.4 Goods remain the property of CLASSIWRAPS until payment is received in full.

2. Delivery
2.1 We will notify you of estimated date of delivery 24/48 hours before despatch.
2.2 For some orders a signature will be required by the carrier. If no one is available a card will be left and you will need to rearrange delivery with the depot within 2 working days.

2.3Non delivery or damaged packaging must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery date.

2.4 Acceptance of delivery constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions as outlined.
3. Refunds
3.1 We will not give a refund on products that are personalised, however if any mistakes have been made on our behalf we will replace the product if it is returned to us within 10 days.

3.2 If you wish to return any items purchased from us you must give us notice within 7 days of receipt.
3.3 All returns must be returned in their original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt.
3.4 Payment for the returned goods will be refunded within 30 days of the goods being received by us, less the postage charges.
