Q. How will I know what my chocolate will look and taste like?

A. With every order enquiry we will always email a proof for your approval and also send you some taster samples.

 

Q. What is your minimum order?

A. There is no minimum order on any of our products.

 

Q. What is the shelf life of the chocolate?

A. We will guarantee at least 9 months shelf life.

 

Q. Does your chocolate contain nuts?

A. No, but it is produced in an enviroment that handles nut products.

 

Q. How long will it take for my delivery?

A. If you have a genuine urgancy we may be able to produce and despatch your order within two to three days or sooner, otherwise we would like 7 working days depending on the time of year.
